Registration 
To Register: Mail the registration form with a $20.00 check per student ($25.00 after June 30th) to the Academy of Dance Arts. The registration fee is non-refundable. To register more than one student, please duplicate the registration form on a separate sheet of paper and include applicable fee. Please register early to insure placement of student. Notification of class schedule will be mailed in August.
Dance Attire:
Students at the Academy of Dance Arts wear a uniform dance attire; plain black leotard (no designs or attachments), non-shiny pink tights, pink ballet shoes and/or black tap shoes.
Tuition:
The Academy of Dance Arts is a tuition school; however, monthly or quarterly payments are accepted. Reminder statements will be mailed quarterly. The Academy of Dance Arts reserves the right to refuse lessons to students whose tuition is in arrears. A $5.00 penalty is charged for late payments received after the 15th of the month.
Missed Classes:
Tuition may not be pro-rated for missed lessons. Lessons missed due to illness, etc., may not be pro-rated. Lessons missed may be made up at your convenience. Please inquire at the front desk for appropriate make-up lesson time.
There will be a $10.00 charge on all returned checks.

Performance: Costumes for the performance are provided by the Academy of Dance Arts and are returned to the studio after the performance. Four complimentary tickets for the performance are provided by the studio per student. Additional tickets are $5.00 per ticket while supplies last. Performance Fee (Per Student) $30.00 Costume Fee (per student per class) $30.00 A $20.00 late fee will be charged for performance and costume fees received after January 15th.
